This is a tough one...I listen to a lot of "Up and Coming" artists, but as of late it seems they are all becoming more and more famous. I submit for your approval Lissie. Lissie grew up in Rock Island, IL, an hour away from my hometown. She's a hippy-folk-rock ingénue who has an amazing album and can cover anything from Lady Gaga to Lionel Richie. This particular video was actually taken by me at The Mercy Lounge in Nashville. Here's Lissie with my favorite by her, "When I'm Alone".
